Can someone give me some advice for my love affair to be a success?

The thing is, I just recently wrote a poem to a girl that I love at school, now I don't know what the next step is, I am too shy to come up to her and talk, What can I do next??? Can some one help me please, I don't want to fail and loose this girl!
