What is the real reason why DBSK was disbanded or not together?

Okay so I want to clarify everything and please help me. I researched it but the information here and there don't match. I mean they have different stories. Others speculated the SMent itself, the cosmetic something or the too much power that the fans give(but I know this is not the real reason). What could it be?
