Did anyone lose weight eating Special K Cracker Chips or any other Special K products help you lose weight?

I'm eating Special K Cracker Chips, eating healthily and exercising. My goal is to lose some weight and get in shape/healthier. 14, 5'6. Any success stories/advice?
