Yes! I believe the minimum is 2.0 or 2.5 to get into a college in the USA. Though, you could still waivor that and get into college either way! There are plently of great colleges that accept highschools who can't seem to get a high GPA. Do well on your SATS/ACTS, do some sports/clubs, and VOLUNTEER! goodluck
