Which NBA and WNBA basketball teams would you either relocate or disband as a franchise totally and why?

And if you would relocate either NBA or a WNBA team, were would you relocate them to and why. My picks would the Chicago Bulls from the NBA, and the Chicago Sky from the WNBA. You can say why the Chicago Bulls, yeah I know 6 World Championships, but my opinion they have never been good since. The Chicago Sky they are in their 5th season now, and they have gone through 4 head coaches, their current head coach is a woman, and the 3 before her were guys. And only 1 was on the job more then a season. And I don't see this team making it to the playoffs, or winning a championship any time soon.
